Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via text or call on our main phone line (904)-990-4333 only. We do have a non-refundable no-show fee charge of $79 for visits not completed due to not showing up or not staying to start visit during scheduled visit time (virtual and in-person). The no-show fee will also be charged for visits cancelled or rescheduled with notice less than 48 hours prior to scheduled visit time due to the inability to re-book the visit slot.
